operates two manufacturing facilities near Delhi
and Bangalore. In 2001, the company raised the
efficiency of marketing resources by switching
from a diversified approach to concentrate on
promoting the Top Ramen brand.
In addition, the
company moved toward profitability by automating the plants for increased productivity. In 2003, the company plans
to further strengthen its sales organization together
with our distributors Marico Industries Ltd., an influential consumer
goods manufacturer. Other initiatives will include
expanding sales volume by launching new products
and conducting promotional campaigns, and achieving
cost reductions by restructuring the production
system.
